Sexual exploitation in the name of treatment.

On a charge of sexually abusing young women in the name of treatment through religious practices, the High Court of Patan has decided to imprison one 'lama' for two years and a compensation of Rs.30 lakh. Reversing the district court's verdict of acquittal, the judges of the High Court Patan, Teknarayan Kunwar and Ramesh Bahadur Thapa, have condemned 'Dharmaguru' and their accomplice in cyber crime.

Rimpoche Choltem Dorje Yontan Yonjan, who opened Pema Tasi Tulling Ghombo Kasung Gumba in Chalnakhel in South Kakale, was accused by the court of murdering a woman, fearing and intimidating. Police have arrested Lama on Tuesday following a high court verdict. Lama's aide, Manisha Lama, was convicted by a court on the charge of uploading photos of the abusive woman on Facebook.

After becoming a trekking businessman as Tulku ...
Trekking entrepreneur Gyan Bahadur Lama suddenly changed his name to Rimpoche Choltim Dorje Yontan Yonjan Tulku Lama. He initially worked as a Jharfuk in Gauridhara in Kathmandu, claiming that he was the incarnation of the incarnation of God. Collecting donations and gifts from the devotees, he established the Pema Tasi Tulling Ghombo Kasung Gumba in Dakshin Kali, Chalnakhel. From there he continued his regular activities.

The parents of pharping first(name Changed) having skin disease, took her to Lama on jestha 2066 to be healed. After the initial treatment, Lama made her alone. He told sickness cannot be healed wearing a dress and made her naked. According to the complaint filed by the police on the 20 day of the incident, Lama undressed her in the treatment room and forcefully raped a girl.

Tulku Lama, who called himself a religious leader, used to fear that if incident is unfolded with anyone else , she would get harmed and sick again. She was convinced that she should have sexual relations with the guru for treatment. He assured that he would reach his voice, saying he was a guru and an incarnation of the 33 million gods. According to a victim she was afraid if some thing miserable may happen if Lama get angry so she shut her mouth. The Lamas would not allow the Farping First to come out, interact with family, and talk to other men while in the gumba.

According to the statement made by the victim to the police and then to the court, when he returned home, Tulku Lama repeatedly called her family members and relative and say nonsense about her. When, she was about to married her posted a offensive pictures of her that was clicked during a treatment.

When limit was crossed, Farping First made a complaint to the police on 2074 mangsir 4, demanding punishment of Dorje Yontan Yojon Tulku Lama, for doing physical and mental exploitation in the name of religion and treatment. Upon receiving the complaint, the police raided the dome and recovered a computer, some phones and cameras, and dust stored in various wallets. During the search, files and citizenships of different women were also found.

After the arrest of Dorje Yontan Yonjon Tulku, who identified himself as Lama, the victims approached the police from different places. Another victim, Furping II (changed name), said, "After the good girls came for treatment, Lama said that you are my previous birth wife. And he used to keep them and have sexual intercourse with them."

The other victim is a relative of the first victim, Farping III. According to her, when the marriage was in course of Pharpin I, who had fled the harassment, was ready for marriage, the lama found out and phoned the victim and his relatives and threatened that if she got married something bad would happen and also offensive and confidential photos were made public by tagging a groom on Facebook .

Another victim, who filed a complaint against Lama, went to Lama for treatment of psoriasis. His wife was suffering from stomach upset. According to him, after hearing the effects of the Lama from different people, they went to Pharping and the Lama gave the medicine to the sufferer. Under the understanding of Farping IV, his wife began to be healed. Lama also advised that she should not stay with her husband during treatment and should be clean. Pharping IV sent his wife to the monastery after advising her to be cured in a dense manner.A year later, the woman came home one day, telling Pharping IV, 'I cannot stay with you, I live in my own, and so do you" and went away.

A couple working in the British Army were also victims of the Tulku Lama. Husband was in the British Army and his wife had knee pain. She went to Lama and started treatment. But it was not cured and he told it will take some time and he repeatedly asked for donations and assistance. He raised a huge amount of money to build a monastery. The loan amount was not returned.

During the investigation, the police discovered that the monastery was not registered with the government body. According to the Buddhist Philosophy Promotion and Gumba Development Committee, he was not registered with the Gumba Committee, nor was Lama given any identity card. Lama claimed that he had known his wife Fariping I for nine years, saying that he was his wife."I have married her for nine years and I have made her a transgressor," he said in the statement, "Since he was my ex-wife, I have requested hem to remain as wife." Have also stated that "she left home and hoping she would get back he asked to upload offensive picture" . The High Court has upheld the decision of the district court to convict Manisha Lama, her colleague, who uploaded the photo.

What's wrong in relationships?| Intimacy and Love Making

Although awareness about sexuality has increased by comparison, this topic is still not openly discussed. It is still rarely found outside the boundaries of the individual environment.

Pressure on Partner
Can rape happens in Marital relation  too? There is also the status of support and differences in both society and the law. At the practical level, marriage should assume that sex is not allowed without the consent of the other party. Does a partner accept sex without pressure, but is it pleasant and intimate? Certainly there is neither intimacy nor satisfaction in such an established relationship. Sexual mutual understanding, consensus and cooperation should be a happy achievement. For this, both sides should prepare themselves physically, mentally and psychologically.

Emotional tragedy
The use of sex should not be controlled by anyone. If a sexual partner is unhappy with something or he is offended by another, then in that case, no one is ready for sex. This can only happen for a short period of time and can be resolved through dialogue. Avoiding sexual activity for a long period of time for personal reasons is considered as intimidating to the other party. Using sex as a weapon to confess your point is also wrong.

Needs for stimulation or excitement
Stimulation is necessary in the sexual process but that is not only an important aspect. Sexual partners should have an emotional connection. For this, the skill and efficiency of the other party should not be questioned. For this reason, one should not make the mistake of viewing extreme happiness as the ultimate achievement of the sexual process. An important aspect of sexual pleasure is respect for each other's sexual processes.

Comparison with others
It is wrong to examine the weaknesses of our sex lives based on the sex life of others, the personal lives of celebrities, or scenes from books and movies. The most important aspect of a happy and successful sex life is how much you share in it, how much you get with the other party, how much happiness the two of you have with each other, how physically, emotionally, and mentally you are dedicated to each other.

Not to be forgotten

  • Touching the secret part of the hand brings a distinct joy at that time a light kiss can be done on the lips.
  • Some women like to kiss on the toes of the hands and feet.
  • After all these activities, women are ready for sex and should not allow such an environment to become stressful.
  • In order to prolong sexual intercourse, you need to use different postures and love each other deeply.

Now many businesses have gone through Facebook, some even operated through Facebook page without having their own website. With the ever-evolving development of information technology, many forms of communication have become available, but most of the time people have been using Facebook Messenger to make calls and messages. Despite all these qualities on Facebook, people have sometimes suffered some embarrassment, which has wasted valuable time and even confidentiality.

Prevent other to write on your wall
Sometimes you may have encountered this, even if your neighbor Auntie or a college friend who just learned to use Facebook posted a video they liked on your Facebook wall but you didn't like it at all. At times, there may be offensive and misleading things. There are also instances in which commentating leads to a bitter arguments.
Facebook has also allowed people to easily block people to write in other Facebook timeline, so that they can run Facebook normally during their free time and even protect their Facebook wall from digital junk.
To do this from the desktop,

  • Go to Settings and click on the timeline and tagging on the left, there is a button called Edit.
  • Now you have to choose the only me where you can only post on your timeline.
  • Doing so will prevent anyone from posting to your wall.
  • You can even turn off automatic post tagging from here, and doing so won't post it to your Facebook wall without your approval.

Check if your picture is public or not
Facebook is often careful with photo tags. If someone tags your photo, you will be notified and you will have the option to remove that tag. Sometimes you may not even find that you are tagged in the excitement of online activity, but we are already publicly visible on Facebook. We can also delete it by looking at the photo.

  • To see which photos are tagged, go to your 'Activity Log'.
  • Click on the photos to the left, then click on 'Photo of You'.
  • Now there is a lot of work to be done. All public photos will be visible if you choose Public in the shared with button.
  • You can hide or report all of these photos.
Remote  logout function
There are hundreds of reasons for using Facebook from an unfamiliar computer. Your mobile may be turned off and you may have used Facebook from a friend's computer, sometimes cyber while traveling, but these unknown computers may have security risks that could even cause you problems.

Facebook has the ability to log out of all those unfamiliar computers from any one computer. It is really nice to be able to log out and log on to another computer without having to log in.

To do so,
  • Go to Settings and
  • Click Security and Logging.
  • Any device that has used Facebook so far can be viewed by logging out now.
Check Message Request Folder
One of the mysterious aspects of Facebook is the message request folder, which most Facebook users are not aware of. Just like the junk folder in our normal mailbox, Facebook works to pick the most unwanted messages.
There are also messages from non-friends on Facebook but from people you know who may have been waiting for your answer so sometimes it's best to check it out.
To do this,
  • Click on your message,
  • You will see a logo similar to the setting on the right.
  • Click on the message request message.
  • Here are all the messages, if you see an old friend's message you will be happy.
